ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants
Connect
Add Stowra from your assistant’s apps or connectors directory, then sign in to Stowra when asked. On the consent screen, pick the workspace and untick anything you don’t want the assistant to do.
Undo a change
Every change an assistant makes is grouped into a batch that can be reversed. Ask the assistant to undo it. Deleted items go to the trash and can be restored.
Disconnect
In Stowra, open Settings → Workspace → API and revoke the assistant’s token. Its access ends immediately. You can also remove the app from your assistant’s settings.
Your account and data
Delete your account
Open Settings → Personal → Profile and choose to delete your account. You have 30 days to restore it by signing in again; after that it is permanently erased.
Get a copy of your data
Email [email protected] from your account’s address asking for an export. You will receive your account and workspace data in a machine-readable format within one month.
