Build a pack out of what you already own.

Items are assigned to containers and to people, so a group trip shows who carries what. The inventory knows what each item weighs, so every loadout totals itself as you build it — worn, carried and consumable counted separately.

The same 340 g stove sits in six loadouts. Edit it once; every total updates.

An inventory that size needs a way in. A shelf is a view you save over it — the grouping, the columns and the filters that turn "trail gear" or "to buy" into a place you go rather than a set of filters you reapply. Pin the shelves, loadouts and kits you use to the sidebar, in folders once there are enough of them.

Gear belongs to people. So does the ledger.

A workspace is a household, a team, or a club. Everyone's gear sits in one inventory, and every item keeps its owner — so the tent is Priya's whether or not Priya is on the trip.

Lend an item and it stays yours. Pack a shared item and the weight lands on whoever carries it. Manage a partner's or a kid's gear without them ever opening the app, and switch workspaces when you're packing for the club instead of the house.

Owner: Who the item belongs to. Doesn't change when it's lent or packed.
Carrier: Who has it on their back for this trip. Each carrier gets their own total.
Managed member: A person you keep gear for — a kid, a partner, a loaner set — with no account of their own.

The pack list in your pocket.

Stowra installs as an app and works offline, because the moment you need the list is the moment you have no signal. Check items off as you pack, filter to just your own load, and watch the total drop as things come off the pile.

Everything you change in a tent syncs back to the workspace when you're in range. It's the same ledger, not a companion app with half the data.

A pack you can hand to anyone.

Any loadout or kit publishes to a page that opens without an account, plus generated cards sized for a link preview and a phone screen.

Privacy is per link. Prices, notes and other people's names are off by default; private notes are never published at all.

Connect the assistant you already use.

Stowra exposes an MCP server. ChatGPT, Claude, or any MCP-capable assistant connects to your workspace and reads your inventory or adds to it.

Stowra has no AI features of its own. This is your assistant, working on your data — scoped, revocable, every change logged and undoable.

Activity and usage: Log a run or a tour and Stowra puts the distance on the gear that was in the loadout — kilometres on the shoes, days on the poles, nights on the tent.
Deeper assistant support: Bring your own key, and let an assistant read a product page or a photo into a full item record without leaving Stowra.
Import: Bring an existing list in from another solution instead of typing it twice.
